Daniel J. Beck practices in the areas of banking law, corporate law, health law, creditor’s rights, finance, bankruptcy and compliance.

Mr. Beck is dedicated to assisting banks and other creditors with their needs. His experience with such clients includes giving guidance on lending practices, drafting loan agreements, initiating foreclosure actions and participating in bankruptcy proceedings.

In the area of health law, Mr. Beck advises clients on regulatory and compliance issues including Stark and Anti-kickback laws and Red Flag regulations. Mr. Beck also has experience with electronic health records and in March of 2009 he gave a presentation on the topic: Medical Records Law in Arkansas, Lorman Educational Services, Little Rock, Arkansas.

Mr. Beck graduated magna cum laude from Arkansas State University in 2004 with a B.S. in Psychology. In 2007, he received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Arkansas School of Law. While attending law school, Mr. Beck served as Executive Editor for the Journal of Food Law & Policy. He also served as a judicial extern for Arkansas Circuit Judge David Clinger in the fall of 2006.

In 2008, Mr. Beck received his LL.M. in Banking and Finance with a concentration in Lending and Credit Transactions from Boston University. During the spring of 2008, Mr. Beck was a legal intern for the general counsel’s office of First Marblehead Corporation.

Mr. Beck is a member of the American, Arkansas and Pulaski Bar Associations. He is also serving as a board member for the American Red Cross of Greater Arkansas.
