Heather G. Zachary

Heather G. Zachary, born Paragould, Arkansas; admitted to Arkansas bar 2004. Education: Hendrix College (B.A., 2001); Georgetown University (J.D., 2004). Law clerk to Honorable Justice Annabelle Clinton Imber, Arkansas Supreme Court, 2004-2006 and Honorable Justice Courtney Hudson Goodson, Arkansas Supreme Court, 2014-2016. Ms. Zachary practices primarily in the areas of appellate law, environmental law, and business litigation. She has represented clients before the Arkansas Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. She is also an adjunct faculty member at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law, where she teaches Moot Court.   
 
Ms. Zachary is a member of Christ the King Catholic Church in Little Rock, where she participates in the music program and serves as a cantor. She resides in Little Rock with her husband Justin and her three children, Grace, Shepard, and Cecelia.
