Jamie K. Fugitt

Jamie K. Fugitt practices in the areas of business litigation and class action law.

With Jess L. Askew, Mr. Fugitt is co-editor for the Arkansas section of the American Bar Association’s Survey of State Class Action Law.

Mr. Fugitt graduated summa cum laude from the University of Arkansas in 2006 with a B.A. in Anthropology. In 2009, he received his J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he served as article editor for the Harvard Environmental Law Review. While attending law school, Mr. Fugitt served as an intern for the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts.

Mr. Fugitt lives in Little Rock with his wife and daughter.
