Soirée, Little Rock’s Premier City Magazine, announced Little Rock’s Best Lawyers in their December 11, 2011 edition.  Thomas E. Tarpley was selected by readers of Arkansas Business and Little Rock Soirée to be included in this elite group of attorneys.  Recognized in the magazine’s Taxation Law Category, Thomas E.
