Williams & Anderson is a nationally recognized public finance firm. Our clients range from some of the smallest municipalities in Arkansas to state agencies such as the Arkansas Development Finance Authority and the Arkansas Student Loan Authority.

In the securities area, we represent public companies and clients seeking to raise equity capital. We handle private placements under Regulation D for a variety of issuers, stock offerings for banks and compliance for publicly held companies.

We have represented sellers and purchasers in transactions ranging from small business enterprises to major media properties, major real estate properties, and agricultural and manufacturing entities.
