D. Nicole Lovell

D. Nicole Lovell practices in the areas of general corporate and business transactions, securities and corporate finance, banking and commercial lending, and real estate. She grew up in Conway, Arkansas, and graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a B.B.A. in finance in 1998. Ms. Lovell received her J.D. in 2001 from the University of Arkansas at  Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law, where she was Assistant Editor-in-Chief of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Law Review. After practicing with Williams & Anderson for two years, Ms. Lovell attended Georgetown University Law Center and received an LL.M. with distinction in Securities and Financial Regulation in 2004.

Ms. Lovell assists clients with the formation of corporations, limited liability companies and other entities. She advises businesses on corporate structure issues, corporate governance matters, acquisitions and sales of assets, and other general business transactions. She represents companies in connection with their offerings of debt and equity and assists them with their securities compliance issues at both the state and federal levels. Ms. Lovell’s banking practice includes advising banks on regulatory matters and advising lenders and borrowers in structuring, documenting and closing commercial loans secured by real estate, securities and various other collateral. Ms. Lovell also represents developers, buyers and sellers, and landlords and tenants in real estate transactions.

Ms. Lovell is a member of the American, Arkansas, and Pulaski County Bar Associations and the Arkansas Association of Women Lawyers. She is also a member of the Board of Directors for Volunteer Organization for the Center for Arkansas Legal Services (VOCALS) and is listed in Mid-South Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” in the area of Business/Corporate, Securities & Corporate Finance & Real Estate.
